I am an integrative humanistic therapist, which means I combine different therapeutic approaches, focusing on the whole person and their unique experiences to foster personal growth and self-awareness.

What are your qualifications and experience?

I trained as an integrative humanistic therapist at CPPD and I’m a registered member of the BACP. I also have a background working in the charity sector with survivors of abuse and trauma.

What should I expect in my first session?

In our first session we will discuss what brought you to therapy, your expectations for our sessions, questions you might have around therapy and whether I’m the right professional to support you. During this session I will also spend some time learning more about your key life experiences and relationships.

What issues do you specialiSe in?

Most of my career has been supporting survivors of trauma and abuse. I have also supported clients through loss, anxiety and depression, anger, shame, suicidality and self-harm, disordered eating and body image issues, and relationship difficulties including issues around sex, sexuality and intimacy.

How do i know if a therapist is right for me?

Research shows that the most important factor in successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. You need to feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Our sessions will last 50 minutes and we will meet weekly.
