A 1:1 session costs £65 and lasts 50 minutes.

​I offer an initial free 15 min telephone consultation which will give you an opportunity to get a sense of my approach, therapeutic style and how we might work together. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, your expectations for our sessions, questions you might have around therapy and whether I am the right professional to support you.

​If we are happy to work together, we can either set a specific number of sessions or keep it open-ended for ongoing therapy, with regular check-ins to assess progress.
